                                   Palak Broccoli Saag




This saag is as yummy as the famous Sarson ka saag. I just made following the same procedure but in place of sarson,bathua; I only used palak and broccoli.Boiled broccoli florets and spinach,coarsely blended and cooked in onion,ginger,tomato tadaka. Spices I used were--green chilli,red chilli powder,coriander powder and salt.

It came out perfect and another cool way to use broccoli as my hubby is very fond of it. It is a very nutritious vegetable which we should always incorporate in our meal plan. Goes well with tandoori roti,missi roti,bajara roti and rice.
