Fajita is very popular in our household. We love Mexican food. Once upon a time, my son just used to eat Mexican and I often thought that I should be ready to welcome a Mexican Bahu!

This is a veggie fajita But Chicken and Shrimp Fajitas are also very simple.


Veggie Fajita

Ingredients:

  1. Flour Tortillas-1 pack
  2. Red & Green Bell Peppers-1 each
  3. Red Onion-2
  4. Salt and Black pepper powder
  5. !/2 tsp. oil
  6. Sour Cream
  7. Mexican cheese shredded
  8. Pico de Gayo
  9. Boiled Sweet Corn 
  10. Guaccamole

Procedure:

  • Heat a wok or Iron Kadai.
  • Add Oil and when heated,add sliced onion and bell pepper.
  • Flame should be on High.
  • Saute till they look charred a little,sprinkle salt and black pepper.
  • Heat Tortillas covered in a damp paper towel for 1 minute in microwave and serve hot with all the toppings.
