Royal Egg Curry

 Egg Curry in  itself is rich and special but this Royal Egg Curry can be called extra special It was tricolor theme and I was preparing dishes for Republic day dinner. So wanted my gravy to be of saffron color and that's why I added milk instead of water for my gravy and voila, not only color, taste also got an upgrade!
