                            Punjabi Tikki



Punjabi style aalu tikki is an easy chaat which does not take much time in making and is very yum too!

2 boiled potatoes 
1/2 finely chopped onions 
Salt
Red chilli powder 1 tsp.
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp.
Oil for shallow frying 
Cornstarch 1 tsp.
     

            Mix all the ingredients except Cornstarch. 
      Make round flat balls and heat oil in a girdle.
    With your fingertips, spread Cornstarch on both sides of the tikki. 
      Shallow fry till crispy karari tikki.
Serve hot with tamarind chutney and sweetened dahi.
