Atta Jaggery Roasted Almond Walnut Cake 🧡🤎
Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients -- 1.5 cup whole wheat flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients: 1 /2cup curd, 1/2 cup oil( flavorless), 1 cup jaggery powder, 1tsp vanilla essence, 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped roasted almonds & walnuts
Method :
Seive All the dry ingredients & keep it Aside. In a small bowl take 1-2 tsp of wheat flourmix & to it add chopped dryfruits &keep it aside. In a mixing bowl add jaggery curd & mix nicely. Further add oil ,vanilla essence & give it a nice mix...Now in 2 batches add this mixture to flour mixture.. Now add milk accordingly to make the cake batter.. Further to it add chopped dryfruits mix & make a smooth cake batter.. Pre-heat the oven @170 degrees .Pour the batter into a grease tin & bake it for around 30-40 minutes..Once done cool the cake completely & then demould.
**For moist and fluffy cake,1 tbsp. Vinegar is added(optional)
