Dahi Vada or Dahi Bhalla  Masala




Roast 3 tsp. Cumin,3 tsp. Whole coriander,  1 tsp. Again and 1tsp. Black pepper on tawa. 
Add again in the last as cumin coriander would take a little longer time to roast.
Cool and coarsely grind.
Now add Kala namak or black salt powder 2 tsp.
Red chili powder or kashmiri lal mirch powder 1 tsp 
And chaat masala 2 tsp. If you want, also add 2 tsp. Mint powder as I added. Mint enhances the taste a lot more.
Mix and store in an airtight jar.
This spice mix I sprinkle on dahi vada along with roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and some pomegranate arils.
