Aalu paratha is that North Indian flatbread which is loved by all, it is a universal favorite. The method of making its stuffing is numerous and each family has a traditional family recipe.

In my home, basically 3 types of stuffing are prepared, but this one is the newest addition and is going to be 4th!

In boiled and mashed potato, I just added finely chopped onions,  green chillies,  crushed red pepper,  chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, roasted and coarsely pounded coriander seeds, salt and cilantro leaves.

Stuffed and made square shape paratha and served with cilantro chutney,  Greek Yogurt pasta salad in which I also added honey and curd( not in picture) and of course scooped of Strawberry Icecream.
