Waffle  potatoes 



These potatoes are life savers! If you want to eat potato snack with minimal oil, this is your dish. I made it as my fasting food and it was very satisfying. 
But, it can be anytime snack and then you can try different seasonings as mixed herb, garlic herb or peri peri.
Today I took just 1 tsp. Oil and added crushed black pepper,  rock salt and red chilli powder into it. Mixed and rubbed on specifically slit potatoes,  baked in oven at 350 F for about 40-50 minutes. 
Made a yogurt dip with beetroot juice and rock salt and cumin and topped the potatoes.
