Lauki Masala

                            Lauki Masala

Everything tastes good when you are hungry 😋! My bliss on the plate today is a simple yet soulful Dal, Chawal, Roti and Lauki. This lauki has a unique taste which you are definitely going to like!

Few people like lauki but if you make lauki in my style,  you are definitely going to love this!

Spices used in this recipe are few and cooking procedure is very simple too, yet the aroma of this dish is so overwhelming that as soon as it is made,  you feel like eating it! Goes well with anything like puri, paratha,  chapati or rice.

I learnt this recipe from my dear mother in law  and happy to share with you guys. Hope you'll try it and surprise your family members who hate Bottle gourd or Opo Squash.
