Diwali special Duck Samosa. Made these beauties this Diwali, shaped and stored in fridge to  swim in oil later. Either I will fry them a little and then bake or will air fry them. Stuffing is same as my Mini Samosa which is already uploaded here. Link is this....Mini Samosa
