Raw Banana & Potato Tikki 



This is a very simple falahari recipe. No besan or any kind of binding agent needed, just 4 ingredients and a lip smacking dish is ready in a short notice.

Banana in every form is a super nutritional fruit which is also used in Indian curries generously .



1. Raw Bananas-3-4
2. Potato -1
3. Black pepper powder-1 tsp.
4. Green chillies-4 cut into small pieces 
5. Rock salt

* Boil bananas and potato. 
* Mash them adding salt, green chillies and black pepper powder. 
* Make balls and shallow fry. 

**Note- Potato quantity should not be equal to bananas, because it will break while frying, fry on high flame.
