Quick and Easy Cranberry Pistachio Fudge is a simple, easy and mouth watering delicacy.


Ingredients

• 2 cups white chocolate chips
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• ½ cup shelled pistachios

Method

1. Prepare the Fudge Mixture:
o Line an 8x8-inch (20x20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
o In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
2. Add Flavorings:
o Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
o Fold in the dried cranberries and shelled pistachios until evenly distributed.
3. Set the Fudge:
o Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
o Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
4. Cut and Serve:
o Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
o Cut into squares and serve.
