     Kulcha or Naan




Ingredients:

1. 2 cups All purpose flour or Maida
2. 1/4 cup yogurt on room 🌡 
3. 1 tsp. Baking powder 
4. 1/2 tsp. Baking soda 
5. 1 tsp. Sugar
6. 1/2 tsp. Salt
7. 1 tsp. Refined oil
8. Water as required 

Method:

* Mix everything upto number 7.
* Start kneading the dough. 
* Add water if required depending on the dough completely. 
* dough should not be very hard or soft.
* Brush oil on the surface and leave it in an airtight container for at least 2 hours  I left it for 6 hours and the result was a super soft and fluffy flattened bread!
