Lal Mirchi ka Achar


Mirchi ke achaar ka Masala








1-coriander seeds-3 tbsp.
2-mustard seeds-2 tsp.
3-saunf-1 1/2 tsp.
4-fenugreek seeds-1 tsp.
5-kalonji-3/4 tsp.
6-ajwain-1 tsp.

7-salt
8-black salt
8-amchoor powder
9-turmeric powder
10-Hing-1 tsp.
11-seeds of Mirch

Roast coriander first, add fenugreek seeds,  after this Saunf and lastly ajwain. When roasted, turn off the heat adding kalonji, stir for a while. Grind when cools down adding mustard seeds.

Mix all spices, add mustard oil.
Meanwhile put Mirchi after drying in sun for 2 hours, cut the top from little lower side remove seeds. Let this air dry for an hour. Mix seeds in masala and stuff Mirchi.
In a jar, arrange these and then add mustard oil  upto half. Show sunlight, store in fridge.
