   Kele ka Dahi Vada






Dahi Vada is a very famous North Indian Dish. It is made of lentil balls fried in oil. Plantain fahi vada is made of plantain/raw green bananas or kacche kele. First it is boiled, peeled and mashed, mixed with spices and then fried. 

People suffering from diabetes can enjoy this without guilt as there goes no potato,  no besan into it. Yummy in taste and packed with nutrition,  this dish has no peer.

Ingredients 

1. Raw banana-3
2. green chillies-4
3.Black pepper powder-1 tsp.
4  Salt
5. Oil for frying.

Method

1. Boil bananas after cutting them in 2-3 big pieces. 
2. Peel and mash.
3. Add salt, cut green chillies,  black pepper powder.
4. Shape and deep fry.
5. No need to dip in water, directly add into strained and salted dahi.
6  Sprinkle dahi vada masala.
