By chance I managed to assemble this very tasty yet simple stir fry and want to document this jugadu khana!

The plan was to make spaghetti and Eggplant Parmesan but then we were notified of a death in our family circle. So, was not in a mood of making exotic recipe. Here was noodles , leftover rice and 2 tbsp. leftover chowmein. So I assembled this very tasty jugad food!


 I chopped 1 fat garlic and half a onion and added first chopped garlic in 2 tbsp. oil and when it turned a little pink, I added onion and sauted till both turn light brown. Then added 2 dry red chillies,after a moment, added froen peas, corn, green beans and red pepper. Salt, black pepper, crushed red chillies, soy sauce and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Now add boiled noodles, rice and leftover chowmein and mix.

Serve hot as such or your choice of chinese side.
