Festival of colors ..Holi. fills the heart with colors and joy! In this colorful festivities, I could not resist myself from two of my weaknesses...colors and roses...Was preparing my mom's iconic mini samosas and this idea of making rose Samosa dawned upon me,so without any delay,here I made #gulabsamosa . Made a slurry of cornstarch and beetroot juice to cover the filling in the center and also for coloring petals. Recipe link of Mini samosa is below.....
